Italia 1497 is a strategy and war board game designed in collaboration with the French YouTube channel Épisodes d’Histoire, inspired by the Italian Wars and their political and military conflicts.

On this project, I was responsible for the art direction and illustration work, defining a strong visual identity that supported the historical theme while remaining clear and functional for gameplay. I also contributed to playtesting and iterative improvements to ensure a balanced and engaging player experience. In parallel, I worked on the crowdfunding campaign on Ulule, creating visuals and communication assets tailored to the French market. Finally, I managed the production follow-up and quality control, ensuring consistency between the creative vision and the final manufactured product.
